When chefs John Shields and Karen Urie-Shields decided to head back to Chicago and open a restaurant, they settled on opening two. This power couple now owns Smyth, the Michelin Star fine-dining big sister to The Loyalist, a swanky neighborhood lounge. The website introduces you to each restaurant and their current menus. You'll also meet each chef and read their bios, check out latest press for the restaurants, visit The Farm where they source ingredients and learn about how to book events in their private dining space.

Behind the scenes, Craft CMS runs the show, making it easy to manage content, staff, photos and menus. Campaign Monitor is integrated for email marketing along with Tock for reservations.
